So far I’ve installed 5 return vents, 2 more to go. They look fantastic, I hope you’ve patented your design because they’ll catch on quickly. For some reason the stud centres in my house ( built in 1989 in Yonge & summerhill, Toronto) are 15” centers, so I need to cut 1/2” out of one or both studs (1.5” deep). Takes me about 40 minutes with multi-tool. If you had more size options I could save that step. Explore the stud spacing standards in the US, as this is where your growth will be, in case 16” centres isn’t always the norm. BTW, look up Mississauga based clothier, American Tall, with fulfilment centre in Niagara Falls, NY. A small business like yours with huge growth in the US. GOOD Luck
